1940's kitchen recreated with modern accents including the informal banquette and set of breakfast stools at the bar. The floor is entirely Forbo Marmoleum and the counters are quartz. The masterpiece here is the cirque steel backsplash that seems to invoke memories of the house's distant past. We focused here on duplicating round edges throughout the space, such as the dining table, door hardware and even within the curved shapes of the deep farmer sink framed by the fun contemporary faucet. I love this room!

The cirque steel backsplash glistens playing strongly off of the pure white cabinets and white quartz countertop. Beech wood accents ground the space, making it seem more approachable and warm.

Steel combined with soft fabrics to create an amalgamation of texture and color. The French doors open to a large deck that almost seems to become part of the dining area itself.

Combining form with function, this furnace was staying right where it was. Utilizing beech-wood to create a removable/fully functioning and movable furnace cover ended the question as to how on earth to hide a furnace in the middle of a living room!

This home required minimal structural changes within the bathroom. Thus, we integrated accents such as the open shelving and steel accented mirror to bring new life to the space.

Balance and color give the illusion of space within this living space.
